I trained as a mechanical and maintenance engineer. I came to Miami to manage a portfolio of more than twenty properties, earned my license a year later, and I’ve been reading buildings ever since: reserve studies, milestone inspections, budgets and insurance, before anyone falls for a view.

Today I write a love letter to one neighborhood every Monday and publish its numbers every Wednesday, from Avanti Way Realty East Miami. Emotion opens the conversation. Due diligence closes it.
